The composite motion of the material inside the cone is caused by the rotation of the spiral, which mainly produces four forms of motion:
1. Spiral revolution along the wall, causing the material to move in a circular motion along the conical wall;
2. Spiral rotation causes the material to spiral upwards from the bottom of the cone;
3. The combined motion of the spiral's rotation and rotation causes a portion of the material to be absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface, while being subjected to the centrifugal force of the spiral's rotation, causing a portion of the material in the spiral cylindrical surface to be discharged radially towards the cone;
4. The rising material descends due to its own gravity. The four movements generate convection, shear, and diffusion within the mixer, thereby achieving rapid and uniform mixing.
application area
The GHJ vertical high-speed mixer consists of bottom feeding blade slurry and high-speed crushing blade slurry. The feeding blade slurry continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall.

Working principle
The rapid rotation of the spiral shaft inside the mixer cylinder lifts the material upwards, forming a spiral column shaped flow along the cylinder wall from bottom to top. At the same time, the rotating arm drives the spiral shaft to make a revolution motion, causing the material outside the spiral shaft to enter the spiral column envelope to varying degrees. Some of the material is displaced and lifted, while others are thrown out of the spiral column, thus achieving continuous updating and diffusion of the material in all directions. The material lifted to the upper part then merges with the central cavity, forming a downward material flow that supplements the bottom cavity, thus forming a convective cycle. Due to the combination of upper and lower material flows, the material is uniformly mixed in a short time, and the mixing efficiency is high.
